Here is how to make your tax payments properly.

There are 3 ways to make your payment:

  1. By regular USPS mail
  2. Using the Town locked mailbox
  3. Paying in person

Regular Mail

Mail your payment to the following address.

Town of Lebanon
N5844 Buelow Rd.
New London, WI 54961

If you would like a receipt, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your payment.

Drop Box

Drop your payment into the locked mailbox at the Town Hall at N5844 Buelow Rd.

Again, if you would like a receipt, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your payment.

In Person

Pay in person at the Town Hall. You may do so during the following dates and times.

January 31 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Make checks out to: Town of Lebanon.

Whenever possible, make the check out for the exact amount. Overpayments will be refunded at the board meeting following when the overpayment was received.

If the check is made out to you and the Town, you must also sign the back of the check.

If paying with cash, bring the exact amount, especially if coins are involved.

Animals

You can renew dog licenses using the same 3 methods described just above. You must bring your dog’s vaccination records. (These are recorded in our system and given to the animal control officers.)

If you request dog tags by mail, you must include a self-addressed, stamped envelope in which we will send the tags back to you.

Animals are $8.00 each, unless they are spayed or neutered. If they have been spayed or neutered, then the cost is $3.00 each. Bring exact change for these payments.
